At New York Puzzle Company we put a lot of work into our manufacturing process to make sure that our puzzles are of the highest quality. However, mistakes can happen at the factory and from time to time a less than perfect product slips out.
Unfortunately since each of our puzzles are unique in their cut and orientation, we are not able to locate specific missing pieces that will match your puzzle exactly and therefore can not replace pieces that you have lost in the puzzle making process.
If you are sure your missing piece is due to a manufacturing error we sincerely apologize, as we know it is terribly frustrating to finish a puzzle and not be able to see the whole image in its entirety.
